ANGUS KENNEDY - Publisher
Is the boss! Ask Angus anything about the confectionery market and he can (well probably!) give you a sensible answer. From September 2009, Angus took over as editor of Kennedy's Confection magazine, our websites and related publications. He visits producers from all over the world and runs key interviews with people in the industry for publication.
Angus' mum and pop were in the industry forever, and so he was born into it. 45 years of knowledge and counting! Angus was taken to his first trade show in the confectionery sector at the age of 13 (see the Kennedy's blog and all is revealed!). Angus is passionate about working in publishing and helping people connect. He also happens to be able to sell too, which comes in handy. Angus used to sell adverts for 30 years so that teaches you a lot! He says he has a lot of respect for sales people, it's a very tough job! Angus believes that knowing how to sell is the greatest gift you can be given. Well OK, writing ain't that bad either!
Anyway, publishing is a team effort and Kennedy's has a great team. It is our job to make sure you connect with the right people to do more business. So here we are, at your service.
But watch out! Please don't send us old hat news that was published before. It just won't make it into the magazine! Readers know more than we do as a collective force, always.

CHRIS SHAW - Editor
Chris is the newest addition to Kennedy's and is looking to push the magazine to even greater heights. A believer in delivering exactly what the readers want, Chris is keen to encourage more interaction within the confectionery community.

LYNETTE AITKEN - Company Accountant
Lynette is the company accountant and runs the accounts for Kennedy's Publications Ltd. She takes care of all the accounting matters and all your invoices and queries and of course making sure that you pay us on time! For all accounting, purchasing and banking matters, Lynette is your first point of call.

SOPHIE KENNEDY - Subscription Manager
Sophie is the subscription manager so, if you would like a new subscription, wish to renew your subscription or if your issues have not arrived on time please contact her. She can also set you up with a fantastic online digital subscription as well. Sophie is French, so as she lives in the UK, Sophie likes to speak French to all the French clients as well! You can, of course, subscribe in the good old fashioned way and phone her with a credit card and not worry about trying it all online! She looks forward to your call.
Sophie is available in the office three days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
