UK chocolate manufacturer Lick the Spoon is marking 50 years since the ‘summer of love’ with a Paisley themed Easter Egg collection.

The Wiltshire-based company's latest offering include two large eggs, named the The San Francisco and The Monterey in 800g form and are made from its Raisetrade House blend Madagascan chocolate.

Each Egg will be signed by master chocolatier Diana Short, with two further medium sized eggs being available, the Indigo and Henna.

These are presented in a rigid foil blocked box with a pull out drawer containing six chocolates. Each egg will be individually numbered on the back and every design will be individual.

The 2017 collection sees the return of Lick the Spoon’s previous Best Selling Pixel egg, which has previously been named BBC Good Food Best Children’s Easter Egg.

It has been developed with six soft salted caramels. The range is complemented by a Milk chocolate egg with Taste of the West 2016 Supreme Champion winning chocolates ‘The Bish,’ and a Dark Chocolate Egg with Gold Award winning Clotted Cream Salted Caramels.

For children, the company has brought back its best Selling Easter Chick and Spring Lamb, this year featured in colourful buffer boxes with a wrap telling the story of Raisetrade Madagascan Chocolate.
