Confectionery manufacturer Bühler has confirmed it will be offering a range of new innovations, automation, and services at this May’s Interpack event in Germany.
Its Networking Days events will feature themes of sustainability, food safety, nutrition, and the opportunities from the Internet of Things are highlighted under a general motto of “Feeling Good about Food”.
The event takes place in Düsseldorf, Germany, between May 4–10, with Bühler demonstrating its range of equipment on its stand that includes a bistro and a solutions space.
Bühler will display its latest offerings for making chocolate products, cocoa, nuts, coffee, sweets, biscuits, cookies, crackers, cereal and energy bars, breakfast cereals, and snacks.
The four themes for Buhler Networking Days at Interpack will reveal some 15 innovations, expert presentations, as well as side events.
