Two people are sitting in the park happily munching identical quantities of the same delicious sweets...
...one gets up and runs around the park and the other stays lying in the sun.
They meet every week at the same time and continue the same process
week after week, month after month. One seems to get bigger than the
other. They are both happy. So which one ate the unhealthy product? Who
blames what for what? We need scapegoats, we need to blame someone
because it’s never ever our fault. Great, so it’s the food that we ate
that made us obese, not the fact that we made the decision not to go
for the run. The decision to be fit, active and healthy is what we need
to focus on. We drink wine to enjoy, not because we are thirsty. In
essence we need to have fun with our lives and be happy with our
decisions...
