Please - No More Surveys by agkennedy Comment (0)

According to a study carried out by the Institute of Development, Aging and Cancer of Tohoku University, Japan and Morinaga & Co. snacking and egg breaking stimulate the prefrontal area of the brain. This area is responsible for ability to think, creativity, motivation, concentration power and the ability to learn and communicate. Ok, so far so good

The study measured the flow of blood flow supplying the prefrontal area of 43 children from kindergarten to sixth form while they made cakes and other snacks with their parents. The study, rather predictably revealed that the prefrontal area became more active when the children used mix cake dough’s with their parents. It failed to say that the area would probably be stimulated anyway if they played with play dough or emptied a packet of Corn Flakes on the floor and jumped on the pieces

Would You Name and Shame a Bad Payer? by agkennedy Comment (0)

I have recently provided a client (outside Europe) shall we say with a lot of editorial and a lot of advertising and - he never paid me. Not after months and months of calls, claims, letters and emails. It's now a year later and still I am owed (over 8000 euro).  I guess he had no intention in not paying Kennedy's and now I see his adverts and articles in other magazines that have not been warned. The company even had a stand very close to mine at Interpack, when they openly had not paid us.

I have a question to ask you? We published in good faith a good deal of information about this company and told you, the readers, about how good their equipment was and what nice people and so forth. Now, when we are completely sure that what we might have said was not entirely true -  do you think we should publish their details and name and shame them in the magazine and online?  We have not done this before as I have never had such a case, OK we all have them, that's business and it hurts right? But do you sit and take it or act with morals to warn the industry?

Business shoes by agkennedy Comment (0)

This month, Angus takes a fresh look in his closet and wonders whether he has been properly dressed for business for all these years!

I came across a real beauty recently in my search for evidence that humans are, possibly, the most gullible species on earth! We do like to shop, well most of us do...
