It takes an idiot to make in idiot Rich and takes a wise man.... by agkennedy Comment (0)

Sorry I have not written anything recently but I have been too busy reading the papers! Endless columns and newspaper journalists are flooding their pages with data about banking shares and crashes like we have never seen before. And what a show it is too!

But I can't help thinking. Did people not think that the banks where overvalued in the first place? Why did people go forward like desperate lemmings (which are pretty desperate anyway) and throw their good hard earned money into such institutions and trust such monsters? Nothing should be trusted apart from our own gut feelings and voices from our hearts, why do people not listen to the most important voices sometimes, their own?

Monday Morning by agkennedy Comment (0)

Good Morning Campers,

With the wind that was hitting my old Victorian windows last night I feel that that I have been camping out too. But here we are together now in my lounge and why aren't you working any way? You should be: selling, making, thinking, doing, designing, improving, cleaning, reducing, analysing, investing, downsizing, inventing, expanding or just worrying that you are not actually doing any of those things in the first place! You are not allowed to read, enjoy and be a human trying to be, so GO! Back to work my fellow slaves.

Welcome to Kennedy's Blog! by agkennedy Comment (0)

Dearest Readers, Actually no, this is not a site to feast your eyes at Jodie Marsh! I was asked by so many people to post, not only the recent articles, but to present a meaty selection of some of the best features that received a high level of response from the past.

For some strange reason everyone responded to Jodie. I promised I would re-publish the Jodie story, actually not so much of a story. So here it is, of course with a good selection of other ones and daily new ones that I do hope will strike a few chords with you. So welcome to you all!

After looking through the daily newspapers by agkennedy Comment (2)

After looking through the daily newspapers, Angus Kennedy is desperately looking for reasons to be cheerful!

Reasons to be cheerful? Actually, are there any? I open my morning paper and here goes - the credit crunch is only half way there; a major US bank will fall in six months; bread prices are rising due to bad weather; the money in your bank is not worth anything now as inflation is soaring higher than the cost of saving; billions have been wiped off banking shares; and property prices may not recover until 2016. And also let us not forget the cost of those irritating little things we need from time to time like oil, gas, mortgages, insurance, water, electricity, loans and taxes. It just goes on and on and on. You name it, it's going up in price rather quickly!
