Prestige in Bulgaria bought out |
23rd Jan – A deal has been signed for Bulgarian confectionery organisation Prestige 96 OOD to be acquired by Citi Venture Capital International and NBGI Private Equity.
Prestige’s assets have been valued at between €30-40 million, however the exact details of this deal have not been released. The sale is expected to be finalised within the next month. Prestige was founded in 1996 and focuses on the biscuit and wafer segments of the market.
