BIP Candy & Toy acquire What Next Candy |
 1st Feb – BIP Candy & Toy, who manufacture children’s novelty confectionery products, have announced that they have purchased What Candy Ltd, an import and distribution company who focus on children’s, traditional and seasonal confectionery products.
What Next Candy, based in Derbyshire, UK, has been purchased by BIP, who were founded in 1987, to expand their presence in the UK and Ireland. BIP will use What Candy’s current organisational infrastructure, and the integration between the two companies is set to take three months. BIP currently have a presence in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Malaysia, China, and Hong Kong.
