The World’s most successful line for the continuous production of sugar-containing and sugar-free hard candies?

eg_kloeckner_logo.jpg With more than 150 installed lines, the SUCROLINER from Klöckner Hänsel Processing is believed to be the worlds most successful line for the continuous production of sugar-containing and sugar-free hard candies. Up to 4,000 kg/hr of formed solid or filled hard candies is possible on the line, which features up to four mixing screws for the simultaneous production of four different candy masses.

The production process includes the weighing system CONTIGRAV and the crystal-free pre-cooking of the slurry by KHPs patented CROSSFLOW cookers. Next to this cooker, the UNIBATCH universal cooker comes into action and can be used as a single aggregate or a component in the complete line. The cooker works batchwise and can be applied for the manufacture of hard candy fillings. A feature of the UNIBATCH is cooking under over pressure and cooling via cooling water. Useful for a number of applications is the ability to cool in the double jacket.
