Cargill has enhanced its communication of its texturizing offerings to Hispanic and Spanish food manufacturers with the launch of a Spanish language version of its global texturizing website - www.cargilltexturizing.es.

The site includes a wealth of application expertise and technical insight for the growing Spanish, Central and Latin American markets.
 
Easy to navigate, fully-searchable and clearly addressing all food categories, the website highlights Cargill’s portfolio of texturizing ingredients, ranging from single ingredients - such as pectins, carrageenans, alginates, locust bean and guar gums, xanthan gum, soy flours, starches, lecithins, cultures and enzymes - to multi-component functional systems.
